A corporate boat outing on Lake Travis: four hours, two coaches, nobody gets left on the swim step
Friday, 1 to 5. The captain drives the Nautique, Jacob coaches every first-timer up on a board, and the people who would rather not ride get the tube, the lily pad and a cove. Water and ice are on the boat, two energy packages come along, and a crew member shoots the afternoon so twenty edited photos land in the organiser’s inbox within 48 hours.
You get one named point of contact, an invoice, and a W-9 the same day you ask for it. Nobody who is riding drinks. If we cancel for weather you choose a full refund or a free reschedule.

More than 12 people is a custom quote through /custom until the pontoon is on the water; the two-boat tiers come back then. Add a rotation on the Awake electric jet foil for $200 at any size, up to six riders, ages 14 and up. A 50% deposit on the proposal holds the Friday; the balance is collected two days before. No net-30.
How the afternoon runs
- 1 PM at the dock. Waivers were signed on phones the day before, so nobody fills in forms.
- Surf sets first while everyone is fresh. Jacob gets the first-timers up; the captain shapes the wave.
- Tube for whoever wants it, then the cove: anchor, lily pad, music, everyone in the water.
- Bigger than the Nautique holds? Ask for a custom quote; when the pontoon is on the water it holds the cove while the Nautique runs the sets, and the groups swap.
- Back at 5. Photos within 48 hours.
For the person booking it
- Invoice and W-9 on request, same day.
- One named point of contact from the first email to the dock.
- Nobody who rides drinks. Cans and plastic only, no glass.
- Weather is our call, on the day: full refund or a new date if we cancel.
- Fridays April to October. Quarter-end weeks go first.
Lake Travis, west of Austin, Texas. Pickup at your lake house dock, or at our usual spot in Hudson Bend, between Lakeway and Lago Vista; people drive in from Jonestown, Cedar Park and Leander. We send directions before the trip.
